“My name is Sakeus Nghitungumbala; I was born in Namibia in a little town called Elenga. I got my nickname “Sakouzy” from my neighbour. I currently live in Windhoek, the capital city of Namibia.
My passion for art started a few years back, 5 years ago to be exact. My love for creating digital artworks began with taking pictures of my friends every time we went out, after which I would edit those pictures using apps like picmonkey or Befunky.
I taught myself how to illustrate, watching YouTube tutorials and constantly practicing using Adobe Photoshop Illustrator. My inspiration come from music I listen to. Some of my favourite musicians are Anderson Paak, Manifest and The Soulection label. Whenever I create my art it's determined by how I feel at the moment so each piece comes with its own emotion.
I am still a student of illustrating, and I’m currently studying a Degree for Human Resources Management., but my true love is art. “
